This policy explains what information MediHelp collects, why we collect it, and how it is stored and protected. MediHelp helps you identify medicines with AI, schedule dose reminders, and track adherence.
Your account email and name (if you create an account), the medicines you save, reminders and appointment details, dose history, emergency contacts you add, and medical documents you choose to upload. Guests can use the app without an email — data is then linked to an anonymous account on your device.
When you scan a medicine, the photo is sent over an encrypted connection to our secure server, which uses a third-party AI model to identify the medicine. Photos and results are stored in your private storage space. Typed medicine searches are processed the same way. AI providers process this data to return results and do not receive your identity.
Your data is stored with Google Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Storage, Authentication) and protected by security rules so that only your signed-in account can read or write it. Successful medicine lookups are also saved to a shared, anonymous medicine-information cache that contains no personal data.
Reminder alarms are scheduled on your device. A push token may be stored with your account so we can deliver reminder notifications. You can disable notifications at any time in your system settings.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not show third-party advertising. We do not read your contacts, location, or messages. Emergency contacts you add are stored only in your own account.
Your data is kept for as long as you use MediHelp. You can delete individual items — medicines, reminders, emergency contacts and uploads — from within the app at any time. To permanently delete all of your data or your account entirely, use the "Delete My Data" option in the app or contact us at info@nomor.tech, and we will remove your medicines, reminders, history, scans, uploads, emergency contacts, and activity records from our servers.
All traffic is encrypted in transit. AI keys live only on our servers — never inside the app. Access to your records requires your authenticated session.
MediHelp is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. Reminders for a child's medication should be managed by a parent or guardian on their own account.

MediHelp provides AI-generated information about medicines for general reference only. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI can make mistakes — always read the official package leaflet and consult a qualified doctor or pharmacist before taking, stopping, or changing any medication. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
Dose reminders depend on your device settings (battery optimisation, notification permissions, exact-alarm permission, device power). You remain responsible for taking medication as prescribed; do not rely on the app as your only safeguard for critical medication.
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials safe. You agree not to abuse the service — including attempting to bypass usage limits, reverse-engineer the app, scrape the medicine database, or upload unlawful content.
AI scans and searches are subject to daily usage limits to keep the service fast and free. Limits may change, and paid plans with higher limits may be introduced in the future.
The app, its design, and its content (excluding your personal data) belong to the MediHelp team. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on your devices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediHelp and its developers are not liable for any harm arising from reliance on AI-generated information, missed or delayed reminders, or service interruptions. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
You can stop using MediHelp and delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

Medicine identification and information are produced by an AI model. It can misread labels, confuse similar medicines, or return outdated or incorrect details. Always verify against the official package leaflet and confirm with a healthcare professional before acting on anything shown in the app.
Dose reminders depend on your device — notification permissions, exact-alarm permission, battery optimisation, and power state. A reminder can be delayed or missed by the device. Do not rely on MediHelp as the only safeguard for critical, life-sustaining medication.
Never start, stop, or change the dose of any medication based on information in this app. Dosage depends on your age, weight, conditions, and other medications — only your prescriber can decide it safely.
If you suspect an overdose, a severe allergic reaction, or any medical emergency, contact your local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital immediately. Do not use this app to seek emergency guidance.
